The world seems crazy right now. We are in the midst of a growing pandemic. Fear is high.
While we deal with the changing landscape of our new reality, there are ways to process our anxiety as we adjust. Affirmations are a great tool and one I use every day to help stay centered and grounded.
Affirmations are positive statements that can be said aloud or silently to the self that declare something to be true. They can be used at any time. My favorite moments to do so are when I wake up, as part of my meditation practice, when I go to sleep, as part of my dream seeding ritual, or when I experience intense uncertainty, anxiety or fear. Saying affirmations help shift the energy and open me up to calm and peace.
Here are a few of my favorites:
+ I am strong
+ All is well
+ Everything is unfolding for my highest good
+ I am divinely protected
